As the global insurance sector becomes more competitive and commoditised, Zurich Insurance needed to position themselves as different and protect their premium. We found that what Zurich’s customers valued most was their ability to provide quality insurance with a deep empathy for the things customers cared about.

Through the positioning ‘intelligent protection’ we developed a global platform ‘Protect what you love’ on the rationale that if you love something you want to protect it in the best way possible. The use of blue as a symbol of protection became a thread across Zurich’s brand, and ongoing campaigns.
